The Clear Administrative Services Credential (CASC) Induction Program provides professional development (PD) offerings addressing needs common to all beginning education administrators as well as differentiated learning opportunities outlined in the candidate's Individual Induction Plan (IIP). A minimum of 20 - 30 PD clock hours annually are required and include reflection on current practice, direct instruction in research-based best practices, modeling, problem-based practice, and opportunities for planning and adaptation to current leadership responsibilities.
