The June 15-16, 2017 Commission Agenda is now available.

The Commission on Teacher Credentialing is seeking appointment to fill one (1) School Board Member vacancy on the Committee of Credentials.  The Committee reviews allegations of misconduct against educators.  A copy of the application can be found on the Committee of Credentials page.

The Commission on Teacher Credentialing is seeking appointment to fill three (3) alternate positions on the Committee of Credentials for each of the following: Elementary Teacher, Secondary Teacher, Public Member, and School Administrator.  The Committee reviews allegations of misconduct against educators.  The applications can be found on the Committee of Credentials page.

Coded Correspondence 17-04: Approval of Recentered SAT Scores to Meet Basic Skills Requirement is now available.

AB 471 requires that the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing report to the Governor and the Legislature each year on the number of teachers who received credentials, certificates, permits and waivers. This report provides data collected by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (Commission) and addresses several questions regarding the supply of teachers newly available to teach in California classrooms.
