In 2012-2013, about 12,000 new preliminary teaching credentials were issued by California institutions of higher education and District program sponsors.

The Committee on Accreditation has openings for two representatives from K-12 education and one for a representative of higher education. All application materials must be received by 5:00 p.m. February 21, 2013. All of the application materials can be found on the Committee on Accreditation page.
