The Commission’s Policy Manual provides for the appointment of a student enrolled in an educator preparation program to represent the views and experiences of students as a liaison to the Commission. Interested parties must complete the application form and send it, with all additional requested documentation, to the attention of the Executive Office at the address provided on the form. More information is available via the Commission Website. Deans and Directors of California educator preparation programs are encouraged to share this information with students enrolled in preparation programs. Applications must be received by July 11, 2025.

• Teacher Supply: Credentials and Interns, Permits and Waivers
• Other Teacher Supply: Bilingual Authorizations, Designated Subjects Teaching Credentials, and English Learner Authorizations
• Other Educator Supply: Services Credentials, Child Development Permits, and Substitute Permits

The purpose of PSA 25-04 is to provide clarity to aspects of the Career Technical Education (CTE) teacher credentialing program standards.
