The purpose of this section is to assist the employers and institutions that prepare educators in electronically submitting applications for credential recommendations.

CTC Online is a tiered online recommendation system that starts with the Appointing Authority (Dean or Superintendent) to identify the Authorized Designee. It is the role of the Authorized Designee to select the Authorized Submitters and provide oversight while the Submitters make the actual recommendations. It is important to note that an Authorized Designee can be a Submitter as well, but this is not an automatic association.
