Schools and districts that receive credentialing data from either their COE or through CSIS will need information from the following table files. The data files are replaced weekly every Thursday morning, regardless of changes. If you want to know when the data in a table last changed, download the text file Dates tables changed (updated weekly).

How do I download the data files?
To download the data files:
- On a PC, right-click the link and click Save link as... or Save target as.., then choose where to save the file and click the Save button.
- On a Mac, hold the Control button and click the link, then click Download linked file as... Choose where to save the file and click the Save button.
