The Commission on Teacher Credentialing issues various types of credentials, certificates, and permits. Many of these documents require renewal on a regular basis. It is the credential holder's responsibility to complete the requirements for the renewal of their document. The renewal code(s) and renewal requirement(s) for each credential, certificate, and permit were printed on the face of the document until September 1, 2008. Since that date, all documents issued by the Commission are available only in a view and print format, available on the Commission's website.

  • To renew this permit for an additional five-year period, the holder must submit verification by the administrative officer of the employing agency of a minimum of five months of successful experience in a children's center program within the two years immediately preceding application for renewal.
