Blended Program of Teacher Preparation

A blended program of professional teacher preparation combines subject matter preparation and pedagogical preparation within a carefully-planned and concurrent sequence of coursework and fieldwork in accordance with the SB 2042 program standards. A candidate who completes an accredited blended program has met the subject-matter requirement and the professional preparation requirements for a preliminary teaching credential.
