  • Declaration of Need

  • The Declaration of Need is an annual form submitted to the Commission from employing agencies, county offices of education, school districts and non-public schools. This form contains the estimated number of emergency permit and limited assignment teachers that will be employed for the school year. See leaflet CL-500 for more information.
