Credential Authorizations and Remote Learning

Credentials are issued with authorizations that represent an educator's preparation and provide the parameters of the service the educator can provide.  Credential authorization statements includes the content an educator may teach, the population they may serve, and/or the scope of services they may provide.  However, the method of delivery is not addressed in these statements. Therefore, it is local level decision as to whether providing remote learning or telehealth services are appropriate.
