  • Accreditation with Probationary Stipulations

  • The institution has been found to have serious deficiencies in Common Standards or Program Standards. Significant areas of concern tied to matters of curriculum, field experience, or candidate competence in one or more programs have been identified. A probationary stipulation may require that severely deficient programs be discontinued. The institution may demonstrate quality and effectiveness in some of its credential programs and general operations, but the effectiveness is overshadowed by the identified areas of concern.
