Educator Login and Password
First time users: If you are creating username and password for the Commission for the first time and need help, use the following links for written instructions:

- To renew a credential
- To complete a recommendation from your credential program or employer

The Credential Information Guide (CIG) has expanded information on application procedures and requirements for certification. It is designed for Commission staff and those in the education field who prepare or employ credential holders and requires a username and password. If you are an Authorized Designee or Submitter and receive a system error message while attempting to use CTC Online for creating users or submitting credential recommendations or applications, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
