1A: Proposal to Reinstate the Commission’s Appeals and Waivers Committee
This agenda item proposes amended language to the Policy Manual for final approval by the Commission. This language would reestablish the Appeals and Waivers Committee.

3A: Annual Report Card on California Teacher Preparation Programs for the Academic Year 2015-2016 as Required by Title II of the Higher Education Act
This agenda item is the Annual Report Card on California Teacher Preparation Programs for the Academic Year 2015-2016, as required by Title II of the 2008 Reauthorization of the Higher Education Act. It is the seventeenth annual report and includes
a description of credentialing requirements to teach in California public schools and qualitative and quantitative information on teacher preparation programs.
