The order of business within each day may be changed without notice. All items may be re-ordered to be heard on any day of the noticed meeting. Persons wishing to address the Commission on Teacher Credentialing on a subject to be considered at this meeting are asked to complete a Request Card and give it to the Recording Secretary prior to the discussion of the item.

Staff will recommend that the Committee approve the minutes of the May 5, 2004 meeting of the Executive Committee. After review, the Committee may approve, or amend and approve, the Minutes.

Staff will present its review of current policies, regulations and statutes, and recommendations for further streamlining and efficiencies.

Consideration of credential appeals is held pursuant to Title 5, California Code of Regulations, Section 80514. Hearings are conducted pursuant to Government Code Section 11126(c) and Title 5, California Code of Regulations, Section 80516.

2E: Consideration of Credential Appeals
Consideration of credential appeals is held pursuant to Title 5, California Code of Regulations, Section 80514. Hearings are conducted pursuant to Government Code Section 11126(c) and Title 5, California Code of Regulations, Section 80516.
The Commission will immediately convene into Closed Session. The Commission will meet in Closed Session pursuant to California Government Code Section 11126 as well as California Education Code Sections 44245 and 44248. The Commission will report out of Closed Session appropriately concerning any and all action taken or determinations made therein.
