The Commission administers the Mentor Teacher Survey annually between academic year September 1 and August 31. Mentor teachers are asked to complete the survey to provide information about their perception on how well the student teachers were prepared by their preparation programs. Mentor teachers provided responses for all student teachers from the same institution in one survey. If mentor teachers worked with student teachers from more than one institution, they were asked to complete the survey again to provide feedback on that institution.
