How to Export a PDF File

  1. Go to the bottom of the dashboard, and click the "Download" icon.

  3. Select the "PDF" option.
  • Download a specific chart and/ or table
    • Select the "Sheets in Dashboard," and uncheck sheets that you do not want to download. Selected sheets will be highlighted in blue.

    • Shows the Sheets in Dashboard option

    • Click "Download"
    • Click "Download" again after the PDF has been generated
    • Click "Open or Save"
  • Download the current dashboard display (may not display all results)

    • Select the "This Dashboard" option

    • Shows the 'This Dashboard' option

    • Click "Download"
    • Click "Download" and again after the PDF has been generated
    • Click "Open or Save"

How to Export an Excel File

Note: Applies to all dashboards

  1. Go to the "Accessible Data" section located on the bottom of the webpage.
  2. Click the "Raw Data" link

Shows the 'Raw Data' link below the dashboard

 

Note: The "Raw Data" file contains all data available on the dashboard. If you used the drop down menus to query for specific data, it does not give you data based on your query results.


How to Export an Excel File

Note: Applies to Title II Dashboards

  1. Click on a chart or table, and go to the bottom of the dashboard.
  2. Click the "Download" icon.

  3. Shows Chart option and download icon

  4. Select the "Crosstab" or "Data" option.

  5. Shows Data and Crosstab options on Download menu

     

    Note: Use the "Data" option when downloading data from maps.

  6. Click "Download"
  7. Click "Open" or "Save"
