First, the Commission is required to submit an annual report on the California Paraprofessional Teacher Training Program and a draft is submitted for Commission consideration. The second part provides an informational update on the Alternative Certification (Intern) Program, including the 2009-2010 statistics on the program and the impact of flexible state funding provisions.
