Proposed Amendments and Additions to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations Pertaining to Cost Recovery Fees for Extraordinary Accreditation Activities
This rulemaking action proposes amendments to update sections 80692 (a)(2)(A), 80692(a)(2)(B), and 80692(a)(2)(C); add section (a)(2)(D); amend section 80692(b)(2)(E)(4); and modify the numbering to reflect the amendments. This rulemaking action does not propose changes to the regulations governing annual accreditation fees.
Following the withdrawal of the rulemaking file, additional amendments are proposed to update sections 80692(a)(1)(A), 80692(a)(1)(B), 80692(a)(1)(C), 80692(a)(1)(D). 80692(a)(1)(E), 80692(a)(1)(F), 80692(a)(2)(A), 80692(a)(2)(B), 80692(a)(2)(C), and modify the numbering to reflect the amendments. This does not propose changes to the regulations governing annual accreditation fees. This rulemaking action proposes amendments to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) related to Cost Recovery.

The Commission has voluntarily withdrawn this rulemaking file in order to make amendments to the proposed text. A 15-day notice with updated text will be posted following Commission adoption of the amended text at the August 2022 meeting.
Following the withdrawal of the rulemaking file, amendments to the proposed text pertaining to CBEST Examination fees were approved by the Commission at the October 2022 meeting. The 15-day Notice reflects the proposed text as amended.
