Proposed Amendments to California Code of Regulations, Title 5, Pertaining to the Child Development Associate Teacher Permit

This rulemaking action updated the adopted language in section 80692 of Title 5 of the California code of Regulations (CCR) to reflect the pK-3 ECE Specialist Instruction Credential. The regulations were approved February 28, 2025 and will be in effect April 1, 2025.
