This rulemaking action proposes amendments to 5 California Code of Regulations Section 80054 pertaining to California prepared administrators and the addition of Section 80054.1 to clarify and interpret the provision of the Education Code pertaining to the requirements for the preliminary and clear Administrative Services Credential for administrators prepared outside California.

• The Commission has voluntarily withdrawn these regulations (May 1, 2018).
