CalAPA Cycle 1 Faculty Workshop

Please join the Performance Assessment Team for a CalAPA Leadership Cycle 1 “assessor-lite” training. In this webinar we will review the CalAPA Theory of Action, the Scorer Process Flow, and how assessors identify evidence using rubrics. Participants will then be led through a mid-range submission with pre-identified evidence for each rubric. Next, in teams of 3-4, participants will score an additional submission using V9 rubrics and receive an explanation for each construct and rubric score.
