All digital signature solutions must be compliant with California Government Code Section 16.5.

Inclusion in the Approved List

Companies that offer digital signature solutions and are interested in being included in our approved list should demonstrate compliance with the State of California's requirements. If your company's solution meets these standards and you wish to be considered for inclusion, we invite you to reach out for a comprehensive review.
