Processing of Data Collection Worksheets begins
Program data verification period* – Early to mid-November 2025 – February 7, 2026
Final deadline for submission of Data Collection Worksheet – February 7, 2026
Processing of Data Collection Worksheets ends – February 14, 2026
(Data Collection Worksheets will not be processed after this date.)
Final Pass Rate Reports available to programs on website – by March 31, 2026
Final Pass Rate Reports uploaded to USDE contractor
Programs submit and certify their IPRC on the USDE contractor website – by April 30, 2026
* Submitted Data Collection Worksheets will be processed on a rolling basis. Within 5 business days after a submitted Data Collection Worksheet is accepted, Title II pass rate reports and files will be posted to the edReports website for verification.
