The School of Education (SOE) at the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE)opens in a new window has an incredible reach across the state of California, offering research-based teacher and administrator preparation programs through each of our three Centers. Available programs include:

Center for Teacher Preparation (CTP):

  • Education Specialist (ES) Intern Program
  • Designated Subjects Career Technical Education (DSCTE) Teaching Credential Program
  • Multiple Subject (MS) Intern Program
  • PK-3 ECE Specialist Instruction Credential Program

Center for Teacher Innovation (CTI):

  • Teacher Induction Program

Center for Administrator Preparation (CAP):

  • Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC)
  • Clear Administrative Services Credential (CASC) 

Additionally, the RCOE School of Education assists those who currently serve or are interested in becoming education professionals with discounted test preparation programs, added authorizations and the Bridge Authorization for the Education Specialist Credential, and the Teaching Permit for Statutory Leave (TPSL).
