This rulemaking action proposes amendments to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) related to Bilingual Authorization. Final text was approved by the Office of Administrative Law and filed with the Secretary of State on January 29, 2024. This regulatory action is effective as of January 29, 2024.
