The Internet Explorer web browser has an issue where it may load the older, saved copy of a file you've previously seen, instead of the newer version of the file that currently exists. This is most often an issue with PDF files.

The easiest way to fix this issue is to use an alternative web browser, like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox

If using an alternative web browser isn't possible, use the following instructions to see the newer copy of a file.  This process removes Internet Explorer's Temporary Internet Files, in Internet Explorer versions 9, 10 and 11.

1. Open Internet Explorer.Blank Internet Explorer browser window

2. Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history...Internet Explorer Tools menu

3. You dialog should look like the following, where you A) uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and the items below, B) check Temporary Internet Files C) click the Delete button.Internet Explorer - Delete Browsing History dialog

Try to view the original file again, and it should load the newer version.
