DESCRIPTION:Please join the Performance Assessment Team for a CalAPA Leadership Cycle 1 “assessor-lite” training. In this webinar we will review the CalAPA Theory of Action\, the Scorer Process Flow\, and how assessors identify evidence using rubrics. Participants will then be led through a mid-range submission with pre-identified evidence for each rubric.
