Item I: Call to Order - Child Development Permit Advisory Panel (CDP AP) Chair Dr. Deborah Stipek will open the meeting.
Item II: Approval of the Minutes of the December 2015 Meeting
Item III: Overview and Discussion of Previous Meeting and Related Interim Activities - Review and discuss, as needed, the activities and outcomes of the December meeting; the national report "Transitioning the Workforce for Children Birth Through Age 8: A Unifying Foundation" (TWB8); and the work of California's TWB 8 stakeholder panel.
Item IV: Presentations of CDP AP Subgroup Findings and Recommendations - The members of the three Child Development Permit Advisory Panel subgroups will present the findings of their work and make recommendations for consideration by the advisory panel.
Item V: Further Discussion of the Child Development Permit Matrix - Building on the advisory panel's work from previous meetings and the work of the CDP AP subgroups, the panel will finalize its discussion around suggested changes and modifications to the current Child Development Permit Matrix.
Item VI: Further Discussion of Content and Performance Outcomes - Building on the advisory panel's work from previous meetings, the work of the CDP AP subgroups and/or the work of the California TWB8 group, a further discussion of suggested changes to the required content and/or performance outcomes will be facilitated.

Item VI: Further Discussion of Content and Performance Outcomes - As necessary, this activity from Day 1 may be taken up again.
Item IX: Synthesizing the Process - A synthesis of the discussions and outcomes of the meetings of the CDP AP, its subgroups and the California TWB8 group will be presented, including information on anticipated next steps for the CDP AP and Commission staff.
