Item I: Call to Order - Child Development Permit Advisory Panel (CDP AP) Chair Dr. Deborah Stipek will open the meeting.
Item II: Approval of the Minutes of the October 2015 Meeting
Item III: Review of Previous Meeting - A review and further discussion, as needed, of the activities and outcomes of the October 2015 meeting.
Item IV: Further Discussion of the Child Development Permit Matrix - Staff will facilitate a further discussion of the suggested changes and modifications to the current Child Development Permit Matrix and will solicit input from the panel concerning possible modifications and/ or changes to the current Child Development Permit Matrix as suggested by the panel at the October 2015 meeting.
Item V: Further Discussion of Content and Performance Outcomes - Building on the previous meeting's work in October 2015, the advisory panel will continue its activities and discussions concerning content and performance outcomes for the preparation of candidates for the Child Development Permit.
Item VI: Public Comment on Matters not Included on the Agenda

Item VII: Opening - CDP AP Chair Dr. Deborah Stipek will open the meeting. The advisory panel will review work completed on the previous day and set expectations for the morning's work.
Item VIII: Discussion of the Early Childhood Education Specialist Credential - Commission staff will present the current requirements and authorization scope of the Early Childhood Education Specialist Credential for consideration, discussion, and potential changes or modifications that may be suggested or recommended by the Panel.
Item IX: Streamlining the Process - Commission staff will present information on the process for issuing a permit including an overview of the Commission's Verification of Completion (VOC) process for programs that prepare candidates for a Child Development Permit.
Item X: Next Steps and Future Meetings - A synthesis of the meeting outcomes and any necessary direction to the staff regarding next steps and agendas items for future meetings will be provided.
