Proposed Amendments to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations Pertaining to CBEST Examination Fees.
This rulemaking action proposes amendments to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) related to CBEST paper-based examination fees.
The Commission has voluntarily withdrawn this rulemaking file in order to make amendments to the proposed text. A 15-day notice with updated text will be posted following Commission adoption of the amended text at the August 2022 meeting.
Following the withdrawal of the rulemaking file, amendments to the proposed text pertaining to CBEST Examination fees were approved by the Commission at the October 2022 meeting. The 15-day Notice reflects the proposed text as amended.
These amendments to Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations Pertaining to Examination Fees were approved by the Office of Administrative Law, filed with the Secretary of State on January 26, 2023, and will be effective April 1, 2023.
