Subject Matter Authorizations
How Do I Apply for Subject Matter Authorizations?
You must submit the following:
- A completed application [PDF]
- A complete set of official transcripts showing the course work and/or copies of examination scores you would like us to consider for the authorization you are requesting. The Commission will accept photocopies of transcripts if the application is filed through an employing agency.
