How long are CTEL/CLAD/BCLAD exam scores valid?
Passing examination scores for CTEL and CLAD must be used for certification purposes within five years of the individual test date. Passing examination scores for BCLAD must be used for certification purposes within seven years of the individual test date.

Am I supposed to take the CTEL exam or the CLAD exam?
The CLAD Examinations have been phased out and replaced by the CTEL Examination. The final administration of the CLAD exam was June 24, 2006. Candidates must take and pass the CTEL Exam to be issued the CLAD Certificate.
