Administrative Services Credentials

I am interested in obtaining a California administrative services credential but have not completed a professional preparation program.

You must complete a professional preparation program before a credential may be issued. Programs will vary slightly from college to college, but all programs will include specific requirements established by the Commission. For additional information, please refer to the links below:

What is the School Leaders Licensure Assessment (SLLA) exam?

Passage of the SLLA exam is an alternative for satisfying the professional preparation program requirement for the preliminary and professional clear Administrative Services Credential. The minimum passing score is 173. Passing scores are valid for five years from the test date. The test is a six-hour written assessment, administered by Educational Testing Service (ETS) and is offered three times a year.
