Check for Existing Recommendation
To assure you can use the Online Direct Application Process, first check for recommendations by a Commission authorized agency. Click the "check for recommendation" button below and you will be taken to a page where you enter your social security number and date of birth and click "login."
If you have an authorized agency recommendation, you will be directed through the process to complete the application and pay the fee.
If you don't have a recommendation, the following message will be displayed:
