Visiting Faculty Permits
Visiting Faculty Permits were created to assist individuals with experience teaching at the postsecondary level earn an authorization to teach in a departmentalized setting in grades K-12. They are only available at the request of an employer. Applicants may not apply directly to the Commission for these documents. If you are seeking employment based upon a Visiting Faculty Permit, please contact your prospective employer.

Requirements are the same for all candidates
Out-of-State Prepared Candidates
Requirements are the same for all candidates
Out-of-Country Prepared Candidates
Requirements are the same for all candidates, except that the course work and/or degrees posted to a foreign transcript must be evaluated by a foreign transcript evaluation agency before the Commission can consider them for certification purposes.
