Part I provides the draft Subject Matter Requirements (SMRs) for the new CSET: World Language: English Language Development examination and also the draft World Language: English Language Development Subject Matter Program Standards for initial review by the Commission. Part II discusses the authorization statement for the new Single Subject World Language: English Language Development credential.   Action Adoption of a Revised English Learner Authorizations Structure 5D This agenda item provides a revised English Learner Authorization Structure for potential adoption by the Commission.   Reconvene General Session Ting Sun, Chair Information New Business √ Listen Quarterly Agenda is presented. Audience Presentations 1H Closed Session The Commission will go into Closed Session pursuant to California Government Code sections 11126(e), to consider pending litigation (Carroll v Commission on Teacher Credentialing (SPB 11-0739). The Commission will also consider petitions for reinstatement and requests for reconsideration in discipline cases while in Closed Session pursuant to California Education Code sections 44245 and 44248.
