This annual report is submitted each fall to the U.S. Department of Education and includes information on certification and licensure requirements, pass rates on state assessments disaggregated and ranked by institution, and other information. The information submitted becomes part of a national report on teacher quality that is published by the U.S. Secretary of Education each summer.
