Consideration of credential appeals is held pursuant to Title 5, California Code of Regulations, Section 80514. Hearings are conducted pursuant to Government Code Section 11126(c) and Title 5, California Code of Regulations, Section 80516.

The Commission will immediately convene into Closed Session. The Commission will meet in Closed Session pursuant to California Government Code Section 11126 as well as California Education Code Sections 44245 and 44248. The Commission will report out of Closed Session appropriately concerning any and all action taken or determinations made therein.

The Commission will be asked to take a position on the measures. Positions for the Commission to consider are: Sponsor, Support, Support if Amended, Approve, Approve if Amended, Seek Amendments, Watch, Disapprove, Oppose Unless Amended, and Oppose.
